I have been working at Cenveo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people and co-workers that contribute to an enjoyable working experience.

    Cons

The Heath Care changed in 2015 and now the medical plans follow the national Health Care Plan structure making it much more expensive.

    Advice to Management

Look at ways to offset the more expensive health plans.

    Pros

Some good people to work with.

    Cons

No raises to hourly people, no 401 match, costly health insurance coverage.
Constant personnel layoffs and shut downs to cut costs.
Favoritism and politics rule the day.

    Advice to Management

Stop borrowing money and buying up other companies. Put your money into what operations you have to improve your products to keep your customers happy and they will renew their contracts.

I worked at Cenveo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The salaries are great if you are there for awhile. Enjoyed the job itself, loved the people other than management.

    Cons

Do the work of many and get no recognition. Loyality means nothing. Bottom dollar means everything. No raises.

    Advice to Management

Recognize how hard everyone works so you can keep your doors open. I doubt they will be for long.
