    No career plan. You be on same forever.

    I worked at Ceragon Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I do have to give credit to Ceragon for their products. Their products are are the best in the industry. The people I worked with for the last two years were great.

    Cons

    No sense of direction; all over the place, not focused on priorities, goals.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to listen to the people about their issues and concerns. Can't make promises to clients if you don't have to people to do the work.

    Many possibilities to build your position and work scope from scratch, decent salaries for starting positions

    Cons

    No advanced systems, no set protocols and procedures, high rate of employee turnover, lack in employee development and learning opportunities. If you work here you won't learn many things needed on market today in move advanced companies

    Advice to Management

    Invest in people. Move to better systems.

    There is work life balance

    No place to grow, you have to sit in your box and do the work. you hardly get any appreciation of what you have done for the company.

    Advice to Management

    See the people doing the work for you and learn to appreciate it. Sometimes a thank you will do the job.

    The ASIC group is pretty small so you can find yourself doing anything

    Talented Employees. highly dedicated, High end product, An Israeli pioneer as a global company, give the opportunity to expose the global arena

    Cons

    Poor long term Strategy, new management team, difficulty in meeting business targets.
    many employees are leaving, difficulty in hiring talents.
