I worked at Ceragon Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

health insurance is 100% paid for employee and family. Lots of holidays and days off.

    Cons

No advancement, absolutely no raises, no bonuses, unless you are from Israel. Very biased against Americans. Micro-managed from Israel, not interested in local input. They talk a big game, but can't deliver. Basically in business for executives to make lots and lots of money.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the Israelis from the US, and let the US run itself like a normal company. You provide the product, let them figure out the rest.

I have been working at Ceragon Networks (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility to enter office but then you are a slave after they hire you.

    Cons

Heavy money leakages due to inefficient management and staff.
Employees are insecure of jobs and follow discrimination and trying to maintain friendly relations with bosses so as to get favours of overseas travels with family.
You may have to undergo heavy harassment and persecution if you do not make your bosses happy both physically and mentally.
If you complain, you will be treated like a criminal within the organisation and your responsibilities will be best tried to be moved to the favourites and you will be singled out in every way possible.
The human resources will hate you for raising your hand against the above mentioned harassment. They will treat you as if you are a liar.

    Advice to Management

Shut the organisation if you cannot manage people and money.

I have been working at Ceragon Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The product and its reputation are excellent, really nice to get positive feedbacks from old customers. Also compensation is quite good.

    Cons

Poor Management: the regional Presidents do whatever they want: finance, HR, legal do not have a real say so the company is lacking check and balances. Ceragon is quite old fashion and the spirit is not there

    Pros

No many pros. Most of the people I worked with were great.

    Cons

Executive Management team has no idea what is going on. Absolutely no structure. Compensation was not up to standard rates.

I worked at Ceragon Networks full-time

    Pros

    Work schedule is pretty flexible.

    Cons

No bonuses or something similar and sometimes the work can get really tense because of the pressure came from the management .

    Advice to Management

Be more generous with your employees.

I have been working at Ceragon Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is an interesting experience to work here.
You do have a lot to learn, but it's hard since you rarely have the chance to do interesting stuff.

    Cons

For an unexperienced developer it will be hard to start. You will probably work on the older application, the one that no one cares about.
For the ones with experience could be kind of boring.
40% of the time you will do bug fixing.
25% of the time you will write or change unit tests.
15% of the time you will do the actual programming.
10% of the time you will attend to useless and endless meetings(scrum or other types).
You will have the management on your head (the team leaders and/or the PMs) on a daily basis, constantly checking you.
All the tasks will have the same dead line no matter how much experienced is the programmer working on it.
The deadlines are very important and if you manage to finish before them ... guess what ? Notthing happends.
No bonuses whatsoever: not on holidays not for performance.
The health insurance is too poor.

    Advice to Management

The knowledge requirements are very high and for a company that is going down, they should be more thoughtful with their employees.

I worked at Ceragon Networks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good health insurance plan. Competitive salary (but few raises). Home office once a month. "Free" week between Christmas and New Year.

    Cons

This branch of the company is very chaotic, flexibility sometimes makes for inequality. You may have to stay till late. Few people are really productive. The problem being the HR and management that seem to agree with this culture. Being a manager's friend is more important than being productive. There is a lot of disrespect in interpersonal relationships and nobody controls it. Not a good atmosphere to work. No proper equipment in the offices, the mobiliary isn't in good condition.

    Advice to Management

Flexibility doesn't need to turn into chaos.
