    Advice to Management

I don't know where to begin. Let's start with compassion.

manager micro manages everything and sits on your shoulder, insults in front of entire group.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Ceridian full-time

    Pros

    Generous PDO policy
Finally investing in tools to eliminate manual workarounds because of Dayforce.

    Cons

Pay is not competitive with direct competitors causing a lot of turnover
No real career path. Long term employees are basically stuck in their job unless someone retires, quits or dies if they want to stay in their area.

    Advice to Management

Pay is not competitive with direct competitors which is causing experience to walk out the door. Do more to get actual pay in line with the market and do real merit increases that matter. It isn't a merit when you basically give everyone the same percentage each year regardless of their performance; it really de- motivates the high performers. That is a cost of living increase not a merit. Call it what it is.... you don't really give Merit increases.
