Fast-paced organization with lots of opportunities for growth; Fun team to work with; flex hours; good benefit packages; high exposure level to the executive team
Cons
Can be long hours; sometimes the fast pace of the environment can turn strategic initiatives into purely execution based tasks.

Plenty of opportunity to grow ones career. Great culture and people. Management is always soliciting feedback from employees. Working from home is an option. Lots of programs in place to help with work life balance better.

A good place to work
Mar 28, 2014 - Implementation Consultant in Toronto, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A younger group of employees - so that means a generally fun office, and more collaborative environment. All HCM products have similarities, so the time learned on this product can be leveraged with other companies.
Cons
The clients are demanding and the managers don't know how to push back unreasonable demands. There is no upward mobility. Some people work longer hours (for free) but others have figured out how to keep to a regular work week. There is a policy in place that travel should be done 'after hours' which means those red-eye flights are not compensated.

Ceridian really does Make Work Life Better™
Jul 1, 2016 - Anonymous Employee in Gardena, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
In the 15+ years I have worked for Ceridian there's been a lot of changes but one thing has always remained constant. Ceridian employs some of the best people who truly care about their job, and their customers. Our current growth and management are off the charts. We have a lot of perks and opportunities for employees. As I told a prospective new employee yesterday in my time here I've only seen two employees leave because they decided to go elsewhere in my department and I know many other people whom I've worked with just as long as I've been here.
Cons
Long hours sometimes and some stress during certain times of Year End. Disjointed technical support sometimes due to centralization and so many different moving parts.

Pros
Dedicated employees, very customer and employee focused. Listen to employees and try hard to incorporate employee friendly practices.
Cons
Not many. There are many times when you will put in long hours - usually in order to support customers requests/requirements.
