I have been working at Cerner full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been working at Cerner almost 2 years and have loved it. The work in health care is inspiring, and the amount of time and energy they put into developing associates is fantastic. Not only do you have amazing career opportunities and room for growth, but there also benefits like a gym, doctors office, pharmacy, and cafeteria all at work.

    Cons

The work-life balance can be a little stressful at times, but as long as communicated with your manager, it's definitely manageable!

    Advice to Management

Make sure you take time to develop your associates and really make sure they know you want to see them succeed.

I have been working at Cerner full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One of the best companies for a beginner to work. Lot of cool and latest technologies are used and it’s a good learning curve for new grads. No lot of pressure on work and always a friendly and party environment in teams

    Cons

PTO for new employees is not as good as other companies. A part from that, I don’t think of any other cons

Job security, decent pay. Will invest in you. Great environment for people serious about software development. A lot of great people to learn from.
