I have been working at Cerner full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fully invest in employees flying all new hires to the Kansas City World Headquarters to learn about the company. Great way to start with a new company. Extensive benefits including 1x life insurance at no cost. 401K is just okay at max of 2% based on max 6% contribution.

    Cons

None so far other than the benefits for those working in the Kansas City area are much better as they have access to a great deal more benefits and discounts.
