      Pros

      Great work environment, work from home options when needed, great paternity benefits for dads, great benefits in general. Living Healthe rewards great incentive and program. Good competitive initial pay.

      Cons

      VERY POOR pay when advancing positions. They created a new position after I had been working there for a year. My job had already morphed into what that new position was, so I was a granted the promotion after taking with my boss about it many times. However my pay increase was not proportional to the work I do. It was $12,000 less on average a year than what others get payed in our area and what someone who was hired into that position would get payed. This is normal for this company.
