    Smart co workers who are good to work with
    Good environment to work. Hours reasonable and work is challenging.

    Long term future always a question mark as the company may be taken over.
    New capital requirements mean business will be come more conservative

    Look for talent in the younger ranks of employees who have been loyal for a long time to the company.
