    Advice to Management

you need to resign before you ruin the school. you don't care about the students or faculty/staff. you preach chamberlain care but it is all a lie. you promote a toxic environment

I have been working at Chamberlain University

    Pros

Consistency with contracts and sessions offered but you can only teach a max of 26 credits a year. once you reach max credit, you can not teach til following year. leaves about 16 weeks of no teaching.

    Cons

No pay increase for adjunct faculty. I have been teaching for 5 years and the pay per credit hours has never increased.

    Advice to Management

Address pay scale. Give pay increase for exemplary faculty
