    Pros

The Chamberlain Care model is an excellent business model and it supports not only the students but the employees as well and encourages self care and good work/life balance. They encourage creativity, flexibility and teamwork.

    Cons

No cons that I can think of

"Not everything it was presented to be."

    I worked at Chamberlain University

    Pros

Salary appears great at first glance. Good benefits. Lots of support and care for students.

    Cons

    1. Students are private pay and have frequently been declined acceptance at other schools. Balancing student ability to learn and willingness to pay ALOT of money is a challenge for this organization. 2. Lots of involuntary turnover. I’ve never worked in any organization where so many people have been fired for any minor infraction or Laid off without warning. At all levels of the organization. There is a lack... of trust among colleagues that is pervasive. 3. . School is constant - no breaks. 8 week sessions are back to back. Faculty work at a breakneck pace. So while the salary looks good when compared to a more traditional institution , it’s earned through constant work. 4. No joy. Generally unhappy employees.

I worked at Chamberlain University full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

"If" you get a good manager, you will be successful at your job and have support. Vacation Time + Vacation Buy Up Up to 4% 401k Match Student Centric

    Cons

No good managers/leaders Management will go behind your back and treat you poorly if they don't like you. No matter how hard you work, you are replaceable. Poor reviews for employees, they will do all in their power to limit you receiving a raise (if at all). EXTREME Micromanagement Human Resources is VERY un-supportive. Lack of trust among co-workers and departments

    Advice to Management

Hire new management, just because someone has credentials on a piece of paper, does not mean they have the ability to manage a team or be a leader.

    I worked at Chamberlain University

    Pros

Two words Rachael Potter, a wonderfully fair and encouraging Supervisor. Chamberlain also has a great set of values and strives for efficiency. I love that goals are clearly set and defined. They really value positivity

    Cons

I would do fewer QA’s possibly just to allow time to recoup and or celebrate

    Advice to Management

Please continue to praise and promote gems like Potter
