    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Chameleon Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is a company that cares. They put my interest ahead of theirs. Throughout the entire interview process, they kept me informed and updated. Great attention to detail. They took the time to understand what was important to me. Chameleon was able to match my skills with a project where I could excel.

    Cons

I'm finding it difficult to come up with any negatives.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Chameleon Technologies as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They are very hands on, they will meet you numerous times for lunch. They want to make sure you're comfortable with your contract. They will advocate for you if something needs attention at work.

    Cons

They don't give raises (most recruiters will after six months, but they won't unless it comes from the employer they contract you to). They make you sign a two-year non-compete (this is possibly illegal in Washingon, it is in California). The non-compete is pretty wide in its scope too, so be careful. They don't pay top dollar, they mid-range. No medical benefit or sick days.

    Advice to Management

Get a six month non-compete clause, offer your good employees a raise after six months, offer medical.
