I worked at Champion Brands full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Free case of beer on your birthday. Some perks, not many. Working for idiots makes for a difficult day. Also, the majority of the sales force is much more intelligent than the uneducated management that has been in place for years.

    Cons

Crappy schedule, they make you work six days a week. The company will "buy" product on you that you didn't sell. They don't let you use your vacation time unless it will benefit them. Poor customer service. No help from management. As a sales man I never received any help from management. They do not know how to sell to the market, only force salesmen to reach unrealistic goals. They make you attend meetings last minute...

    Advice to Management

Advice to Earl.... Fire top level management, culture will not change with them in place. Don't make your employees afraid of management. Management should be support for your sales team.
