    got to work with many great people

    Cons

    when new mngt came in. It went downhill from there until the company got sold

    Fun, lots of responsibility and learning available

    Cons

    Production team could be somewhat unprofessional. Stressful deadlines. Must be a self-starter to thrive there.

    Pros

    Good people. Everyone at CES is enjoyable to work with and be around.

    Cons

    No benefits. Part time pay with full time hours. A lack of communication between superiors and the employee regarding progress or future projects.

    trust employees to do their jobs with little/no supervision
    Given alot of time off to make up for extremely long hours during peak times
    Travel
    Generous expense accounts

    Cons

    low pay
    too many VP's, very top heavy
    management unclear about how business actually ran & would try to enforce policies & procedures that had no chance of actually working

    Should have been truthful to employees
