I worked at Champion Industries full-time

    Pros

People. The people are great to work with. They are what I miss most. Not only the ones I already worked with from being "bought" by this company, but the new people we met along the way. Before I left the benefits were top-notch (compared to what I have now!) I don't know what they are like now. Flexible work schedule. Perfect for someone just starting their career.

    Cons

Antiquated. Not forward-thinking. It felt like the good-ol-boys club and any input on a better way, different way of doing things was not accepted.

I worked at Champion Industries full-time

    Pros

The people. Greatest co-workers around! The ones who care about their work truly try to do the best job around. Many many years of experience as well in the building.

    Cons

The company doesn't pay well at all. No advancement and no care about growth by upper management. You're just there to do a job and go home.

    Advice to Management

Grow and expand. Try new things to bring the company in the next century. Some core values are great but it's a good ole boy network and because of poor pay some don't care about the work. See pros for exceptions
