I worked at Champion National Security full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good foot in the door type job. Entry level. No intelligence required. No experience necessary. No credit check. No reliability.

    Cons

Paychecks are through pay card. Like a debit card but with additional fees per purchase.
     Management is terrible.
You pay for uniforms, lump sum from first two checks.
No room for advancement except in dangerous locations.
    No Supervisor training.
    No additional training.
Clocking in and out are over telephone so your replacement can clock in from home. And still get paid.
No protection equipment. Carry a small flashlight, but you use your personal phone for company purposes with no reimbursements.
If you can pass a basic background check and drug screen you're hired. Drug screen never actually happens.
You can be on flappy bird for like 6-8 hours while making 9$ an hour.

    Advice to Management

    Get fired.
