    Pros

Some good contracts are offered to the hard workers out there, assuming your personality meshes well with management. And it's a job that's usually pretty laid back. Unless your working downtown, then it's exciting!

    Cons

Boring, Low Pay, Costly Benefits, Management does not like it's employees- so be prepared to deal with discontent.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring thugs... Hire honest folk, and keep right with those guys.

    Pros

You get your crap pay every friday

    Cons

Everything seemed to be good at orientation. They said complete uniforms would be provided with payments taken from first few weeks of pay. LIE! Said that pay would be $15/hr. LIE! Said that those that weren't certified firearm bearers would be helped to acquire certification. LIE! Everything that comes out of their mouths are lies! On top of the lies they place unarmed guards to posts that should have armed guards.

    Advice to Management

Get your business together and do as you promise
