    Negative Outlook

    Pros

The Instructors are first rate { many are contract employees} and the curriculum is good.

    Cons

Management is clearly more concerned on the quantity of sales vs quality of time and denies overtime pay as unnecessary even though you put in an excessof hours to complete your work as needed.

    Advice to Management

Regional Management is petty and unprofessional. There is clearly a lot of favoritism that is not performance based . It is a shame that the owner is not aware of front line management's unpopularity with staff, instructors and students.

    Pros

As the communications director, I have a unique behind-the-scenes look at all the gears that make the wonderful Champions School of Real Estate machine work. I can vouch for the company's commitment to quality and culture, to their students and their employees, to their materials and their course delivery options. Everything is done with the mindset of a Champion.

In terms of a working environment, the family-like atmosphere, the amazing benefits package, and the hard-work attitude make it easy to enjoy your daily employment. There is a reason Champions School of Real Estate consistently scores high marks with students and receives Best Places to Work Awards throughout the state.

    Cons

This is not a company for those that need to be micromanaged, as being self-motivated and team-spirited is a company must.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Champions School of Real Estate as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great exposure and networking abilities

    Cons

The hours can be crazy, but on the positive side they are flexible.

    Advice to Management

Prioritize organizational development to grow staff as solid employees and helpful to the students coming through. Their initial impression upon a potential student can make or break a persons interest in choosing Champions over other real estate schools.
