Pros
Health benefits and flexible hours.
Cons
Lack of care about their employees and clients. They only care about making money. Their curriculum and educational practices show a clear lack of understanding regarding innovative, inclusive, progressive, and active education. They don't give you the hours or benefits promised.

We are sorry to hear you're having a negative time with us. Educational Excellence is one of our primary pillars in our operations -- and there are several studies that show our curriculum helps kids advance in school. We know the positive work environments are the way that ALL of us succeed. COVID made things challenging for us at the beginning of the year, but we've adapted and now have made significant investments in creating Health and Safety protocols that exceed the CDC guidelines. It sounds like you do not see this reflected in your current work situation. If you have the time to speak more about the specifics of your situation, we would greatly appreciate getting further feedback. You can reach us at KinderCareJobs@kc-education. Thank you.

KinderCare's mission of childcare isn't just a business decision, it's a heartfelt calling, and we have high standards for our level of care and our workplaces for our employees. We are sorry that has not been your experience! We would like to hear more details on how we can better support you and improve the way we do things. You can reach us at kindercarejobs@kc-education.com, or through Employee Support. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to hear from you soon.

It's great to hear you're having a positive time with us. People are at the core of how we work and operates, and we want you to thrive. Champions is primarily a Before and After School program and works well for those needing a flexible or part-time schedule, but if you're looking for more consistent 40 hours, don't forget about our sister-brand, KinderCare, which may suit you better! If you have any questions or further thoughts on this, don't hesitate to reach out to us at kindercarejobs@kc-education.com. Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for your feedback. We are concerned about the issues you raise here. Everyone should be able to rely on consistent work environments, and we are working to address issues of compensation. The question of safety protocols is also of great concern. If you have more time to speak on the particulars of your situation, you can reach us at KinderCareJobs@kc-education.com
