    Pros

Good culture within workers due to seige mentality

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Nice office, close to train

    Cons

Internal competition with colleagues, bullying from leaders forcing people to resign, Monday morning 1 hour team meetings to tell everyone they are useless and not bringing in enough sales, idiotic and uneducated execs, punitive and toxic culture.

    Advice to Management

Stop the brain drain, sales people need encouragement and motivation not threats and derogatory comments every Monday morning. Get on top of your invoicing, you have no idea how much money you are losing. Get some smart managers not dumbos. Stop promoting bullies and corporate psychopaths who are thick as two bricks.

I worked at Chandler Macleod full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Autonomous role
Worked on some interesting and large scale projects
Had some great talent in team (although most ended up leaving)
    Good variety (initially at least)
Met some great people, and made some friends

    Cons

    Very reactive leadership style
    Many changes in leadership
Too much change without clear strategy/vision
    Lack of investment in talent
    Highly political culture
Some staff members treated very badly
    High staff turnover
Poor collaboration and integration between business areas
    Poor systems and processes
Content and knowledge form previous acquisitions poorly retained
Consistently prioritized profit over good quality work
    Increasingly poor market reputation
    Consultancy group not valued

    Advice to Management

The business needs to understand the consultancy offering, and value the consultants who deliver it if they want to attract and retain high performing consultants, and ultimately survive.

I worked at Chandler Macleod full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Great internal training
    - Good team mates
    - Some career progression
    - Nice accounts

    Cons

    - CM can not maintain its staff due to poor salaries, unclear career progression and unfair bonus structure
    - Senior Management are questionable
    - CM is known for creating great Recruiters but they are often poached from competitors who are paying more

    Advice to Management

Get connected with your staff and listen to them. Reshape the bonus structure to get in line with your competitors otherwise you'll continue to have a high staff turnover.

I worked at Chandler Macleod full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are new or looking to get into recruitment, I am sure they will hire you. Good for getting some recruitment experience under your belt, but would get out after 12 months.

    Cons

Because of the huge cost structure at senior levels of management and their ever growing debt due to failed acquisition they pay poorly, both base and commission structures and offer very little for staff in regards to social and extras which is definitely one of the perks of working in recruitment.

Half decent salary. Pretty view from their executive offices

    Cons

Poor direction; Poor engagement with staff; poor Senior management; high staff turnover. Serious Senior management errors. Need to be part of the teflon team to progress. Serious debt levels to service.

    Advice to Management

Never mind the bonus, just get the business on track.
