    Wonderful brand heritage. Fantastic product. Aesthetically beautiful place to work from an image standpoint. Luxury.

    Lots of corporate turnover and changes. Overall communication is challenging when you’re in the field.

    Amazing luxury experience. Discounts are good as well. Starting to make some long awaited needed changes.

    Slow to change. Very clique. Some people in management are not with the times.

    I worked at Chanel full-time

    Pros

    There are good company benefits but it does not compensate for low salaries. On the whole, the company attracts nice people.

    Cons

    Everyone is expected to work 12 hours a day , and not get paid for it. You are worked into the ground. Progression within the company is somewhat limted, unless you are French or are family friends with the higher management.

    Need to improve the work culture and enviornment. As well as internal progression.
