      Weekdays Mon-Fri Flexible hours (7-4 or 8-5) Staff is usually friendly and helpful Company paid retirement Paid time off and supplemental leave Company paid employee insurance plan available and company HSA contributions

      Work load continues to grow with no compensation for the increase No job satisfaction HR director can be petty and argumentative Bonuses are not offered to everyone Job satisfaction has greatly decreased in the 2 past years since the HR department was revised

      Pros

      Great company culture with positive attitudes. Work-life balance is great. Company picnics every year and sometimes "retreats" in the spring. Stable and continuous growth as they have been investing in new properties to provide additional services.

      Cons

      They are a non-profit so pay is usually at or sometimes below market depending on the position.
