I have been working at Changi General Hospital full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great environment and culture. Learn a lot of medical knowledge through working with the different departments. CEO and COO are awesome people. Most of the HODs and managers are great to work with as well. Very good work life balance for staff working in admin roles. Many people stay in the company for many years.

    Cons

If you want to be in the healthcare sector, it is a great place to be at. Otherwise, the work might be dull for you. The progression is also very slow and it follows the government sector system even through it is a private organisation.
