    Pros

    Channel Fusion has an impressive customer list full of Fortune 500 companies and truly believes in customer service excellence. This has resulted in long term contracts and significant opportunities for growth.

    Cons

    Channel Fusion has gone through some growing pains as they have added new clients and expanded their service offerings. However, they continue to strive for excellence and always put the customer first.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in the company and hire the best and the brightest.

    I worked at Channel Fusion (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Small company willing to challenge you. Owner is present all the time in the office.

    Cons

    Not willing to embrace changes or willing to set clear expectations. They expect people to figure it out. Old time managers resent and feel threatened by new people coming in. The owner isn't willing to stand up for what his new team members say won't work to his clients.

    Advice to Management

    Embrace changes and understand when one of your managers say something won't work and give valid reaons, you need to back up your managers to the clients instead of using them as scapegoats.

    I worked at Channel Fusion full-time

    Pros

    Unlimited hours, demand for work seems steady.

    Cons

    During client onboarding the company leadership does not allow for any personal time or allow for a balance between work/life. Several times meetings were called when other appointments were made, even past 7 PM. Upper management does not tell a customer no, even though the customer is causing the problems and they won't listen to the experts they hired to solve the problems arising from the customers. They try to get by on the least amount of $$$ they can spend and then are surprised when things don't work as planned. When issues arise they also point fingers instead of trying to root cause or listen to the ones they hired who are trying to fix the issues.

    Advice to Management

    Reign in difficult clients to make realistic expectations stick. Listen to your management when they tell you things are going wrong and implement their ideas to solve the problems. Stand up for your employees and realize when they are making sacrifices for the company.

    Pros

    Company is having great work culture and friendly environment. Employees are having freedom to put their thoughts forward. Maintains good work life balance. Pays good salaries and hikes

    Strongly recommended!

    Cons

    Need to work to develop some branding in Chandigarh

    free time no work, out of 8 hrs shift ppl are free for 4 hrs

    Cons

    No management, No growth, false commitment and all politics
