    Pros

Flexible scheduling and professional but comfortable. Fun work environment. I really enjoyed working there and they paid a competitive wage.

    Cons

Wish there was more training for cooks, and the kitchen ran itself. I hoped there was more control over the quality of the kitchen employees.

    Advice to Management

Get a better handle on the training of kitchen and be more accepting of ideas of the employees. I had many ideas to generate more business that were ignored.

    Pros

As with any waitressing job, tips can be great. The food's not too bad, so the employee discount is nice.

    Cons

Where do I begin? All the waitstaff there was cliquey. It was like high school all over again (which was probably contributed to by management only hiring young-looking girls.) Any questions of mine were met with a scoff and a glare. Hours were kind of long, and the sports bar crowd is loud, needy, and drunk. Kids Eat Free nights were the same, minus the drunkness. Little to no communication from management. I think I spoke to a manager twice in the six months I was working there, both times initiated by me.

    Advice to Management

Pay better attention to your new employees. Get involved instead of watching everyone run around like an ant farm.

    Pros

    Great people to work with.
    The hours are not bad.
Getting time off is not hard.
    The food is great.

    Cons

The customers can be annoying and stupid.
The people can bring in drama at times which can cause some problems.

    Advice to Management

Communication could be a little better.
Get rid of the people who constantly try to get time off for whatever reason.
