Overall has been a very positive experience

    Pros

Helping hundreds of charities raise money has been fulfilling. The hours are fair, almost never work on weekends. The work environment is improving and overall positive.

    Cons

It can be a challenge working with certain clients. I wish they appreciated our efforts on their behalf. Would like more employee events.

    Pros

    - Notably hardworking, kind, collaborative leadership from President and other Charity Network execs - Opportunity for ownership, innovation, entrepreneurship within the company - Overall very friendly, smart coworkers

    Cons

    - Given the nature of a digital/tech-based business, sometimes strategies change quickly, so adaptability is important for most positions within the company, which may be frustrating in some situations

    Faux-charitable attitude is the downfall

    Pros

Many employees are nice, fun people who get along with one another There's at least a sense of doing good for the world

    Cons

Upper management, particularly the CEO, don't actually care about raising money for charity. Their sole purpose for the company is to earn as much as they can, which is fine since the company is for-profit, but the bull they spew about "doing good" is fake. They do not care about employee happiness or overall morale, and people who have been with the company for many years but are bad at their jobs still manage to get promotions. Executives take credit for everyone else's work and don't recognize and employee contributions. The pay is low and there are zero company perks. It's an extremely unhappy place because no one enjoys the environment that Todd Wagner has created.

Fantastic idea, but lack of solid leadership and complex corporate politics prevent exponential growth.

    Pros

Helps non-profits raise millions of dollars through exclusive online auctions. The majority of the team is young with fresh ideas and great energy and style.

    Cons

Complex corporate politics where promotions are based on nepotism rather than achievements leaves employee morale very low. Staff is not encouraged to strive for excellence, and decisions are often made without teamwork, which leads to very haphazard business practices.
