I have been working at Charles Drew University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small university, friendly people and it has potential...

    Cons

Bad management, lack of communication, poor benefits and salary. Horrible payroll services. It takes months to get salary fixed and if you work in research you need to wait weeks until your order is placed and when it arrives most of the time it was messed up. Orders are still done on paper and there is no electronic version. It can take days until someone replies to your emails. Bunch of lazy and incompetent administrative stuff.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that want to work and know their job. Advertise this university, nobody knows about it!
