    Pros

-From day one, you're given lots of responsibility, which allows you to learn and grow quite quickly -Ample opportunity to work with colleagues from across the firm (both on the consulting and corporate side) -You have freedom at CRA - there are few barriers should you want to explore your personal areas of interest -Surrounded by smart, multi-talented, and supportive colleagues from around the globe -Good work/life balance as well as fun social/extracurricular events

    Cons

Corporate staff could be given more visibility/recognition. Also, corporate departments are small and still evolving - as a result, there are sometimes competing/shifting priorities. Personally, however, I've found this allows for leadership and creativity outside of pre-determined roles.

    Pros

-CRA is an excellent place to begin your career. As an employee coming from university, I have appreciated the opportunity to grow and develop within my role at CRA. As a member of a small department, it has been rewarding to be able to contribute to all aspects of the firm. No job is restricted to a certain set of roles. -The employees at CRA are incredibly friendly and want you to succeed. -It is great to be in an academic, challenging environment every day at work. -Great industry reputation.

    Cons

-CRA does not have a lot of structure. Personally, I have found that this enables creativity and leadership outside of preset roles. However, if you are looking for a department and company with a lot of direction, this might not be the right place for you. -Office culture can vary by location. Be sure to visit where you might work!

    Pros

    - If you're on the corporate side, CRA is an entrepreneurial environment where you get to wear many different hats. -Creativity is encouraged. Thinking outside the box will get you noticed here. -Senior management embraces teaming up with junior team members. They genuinely encourage professional growth and open doors for more responsibility. - We have a great reputation in the industry because of the values of our leadership.

    Cons

-The corporate departments are small and still evolving. If constant changing priorities and lack of structure are challenging for you, CRA may not be the right fit.
