    CMS is great at making sure that each teacher and student (high school) has a laptop to take home to complete work.

    Large school district that doesn't disseminate information well.

    Some of the people are pure sunshine!

    Cons

    Some people are participate in abusive and destructive practices. These people also have friends in HR, so your ability to file a result driven grievance is laughable.

    Free laptop you can take anywhere Very large district with a variety of schools

    Cons

    It's a corporation. All the work fall on teachers. Inclusion of students is awesome, but support staff is overwhelmed and inexperienced. Principals hire friends and give them special privileges. They only care about test scores. Professional development is horrible and there is absolutely no support for new teachers.

    The staff and students were amazing.

    The curriculum is a cycle of testing. Prep for the test, take the test, retake the test, and prepare for the next test.

    Pros

    District buys and maintains instruments and uniforms and many directors with years of knowledge

    Cons

    Individual school bands must make their own money to operate. Many of these directors are too stuck on themselves. Most admin at schools have no knowledge of the arts and are quick to jump on out case about irrelevant issues.
