    If you love kids this definitely for you. Your pay is every two weeks . And you're off when the kids dont have school.

    Cons

    You will be stuck in traffic every single day. And not everyone loves to let a bus full of kids over.

    Provides opportunity to work in a team oriented work environment. Work days are Monday through Friday.

    Cons

    Salary is not competitive. The 45 minute longer student day takes time away for teachers to complete necessary everyday preparation.

    Advice to Management

    Procedures need to be consistent. Staff moral is a direct reflection of the leadership.

    The people I worked with were nice. Committed to the children they served. The salary is one of the best in the state.

    Cons

    Micromanagement from some principals. People don't want to do what's easy and not what's right.
