I worked at Charlotte Russe part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

40% discount on regular priced items & 20% off sale items ( although our store just did 40% all items)

I have been working at Charlotte Russe part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working at Charlotte has an above the minimum pay wage, pretty awesome discount (40% at my store, might change for other locations), and this job really taught me how to be tough and stand my ground.

    Cons

Only thing that bugs me, is the turnover rate. Most of the newer employees are just out of high school and don't like the hours that are given. So don't get too used to your coworkers unless they're supervisors/managers.

I have been working at Charlotte Russe part-time

    Pros

Clothing is good, discount is great

    Cons

Customers are rude when trying to help them in the nicest way. Some of the employees are very rude and disrespectful to other co workers and customers. Not enough pay nor enough hours. Only can apply for part time cause there is no full time position available. Full time is only for management.

    Advice to Management

    N/A

I have been working at Charlotte Russe part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    40% discount (50% once a month)
    Upbeat atmosphere
Great if you just need extra cash/spending money
    Great managers!
Great opportunity to gain experience in retail.

    Cons

Not a lot of hours to begin with unless you take someone's shift, other than that the job isn't that bad

    Advice to Management

Don't hire as many people so you can give your current employees more hours. Offer some full time positions.

I worked at Charlotte Russe part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great environment to work in

    Cons

    Little hours and little pay

    Advice to Management

Got minimum hours during holidays which makes the non-seasonal workers quit, and the pay definitely needs to be more than minimum wage especially during holiday if your gonna cut permanent peoples hours for the newbees. Had fun working there but I needed more money and more hours.

I have been working at Charlotte Russe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fashionable and fun atmosphere. Great discount in store and online (40% off).

    Cons

Store manager shows favoritism to certain associates/ managers. Store Manager isn't trying to help you get to the next level. Store manager really doesn't care enough to help develop in store talent.

    Advice to Management

Learn to develop your entire team rather than just our favorite people. Practice what you preach and learn to actually be present to effectively run your store.
