    Pros

Salary and benefits are great. A profitable company.

    Cons

Senior/Executive management are old fashioned cable guys; still living in the previous century. Consolidating of technical teams to physical locations and mandating moves is not the may many companies conduct business today. They lost a lot of good talent that way. People who could find job elsewhere left; and they are left with some low performers who moved to just keep their job

    Pros

Pay is decent, the job itself isn't fairly easy. You aren't changing lives for the better, but you aren't hurting anyone. LGBT friendly.

    Cons

Management is always against you. The goals and metrics compete with the job duties. The entire culture changes every six months, and rather than improving in response to the market the whole company seems to spin rapidly in place, not taking any real strides toward improving but confusing the customers and employees. The whole setup makes employees feel disposable even after years of service. The attendance policy is a joke. A friend of mine missed a week for step, complete with doctor's note, and was given fix attended points (termination at seven), even though with a note it should only have counted as one. A few weeks later he called in because his dog ran away and he wasn't given a single point. Confusing. My supervisor loved to gossip about her team members with other team members, creating an uncomfortable workplace.

    Advice to Management

Make your attendance policy sane. Take care of employees, rather than focusing on the new hires. Don't allow your supervisors to spread rumors about their team without punishment.

    Cons

They are not good to their customers, calls from customers are brutal

Have someone train that has been on the phones in recent times so they can give real advice from experience not textbook advice that makes it seem easier than it actually is
