    Pros

    Resources, management, teamwork, work life balance. This was great when it was Bright Huse. Very dedicated team

    Cons

    Merger, job losses. The merger meant many people losing their positions. Unfortunate but business is business.

    Advice to Management

    Please hold on to your company values! Your employees will care and in turn, your customers will be happy.

    Great benefits, permanent schedules, great pay and great leadership. Paid training, company vehicle and company tools.

    Cons

    Potential for long hours, negative customers at times. Working in crawl spaces, attics can be difficult.

    Pros

    Very interesting work. An ISP and bought Time Warner. Tons of opportunity.

    Cons

    Stressful at first until all of the training falls into place. Good training. Great benefits like free cable, phone and internet service. Just great.

    Advice to Management

    Give people a way to recover from a bad call, like transfer to a lead and be able to listen to see how it is turned around.
