I saw that. My co-worker worked with them. Said they liked it well enough. It just wasn't paying a lot at the time. That might be different now though.

        Pros

The Barista work itself is enjoyable. Coworkers are amazing. Starbucks at Ranger Market is overall a rewarding job.

        Cons

There's more cons than pros. Management currently is unaware of why the turnover is so high and why myself and my coworkers feel the need to call off work frequently. Schedules are constantly messed up or inaccurate. Myself and my coworkers do over half of our "Manager's" job for her. She sits in her office on her phone most of the time. We have to do inventory for her. We have to receive trucks for her. We have to make product orders for her. We have to price product for her and put price tags on everything for her. She can't order product for the store appropriately. One time, we ran out of espresso beans. ESPRESSO BEANS at a coffee shop. She had us use the DECAF BEANS and DIDN'T WANT US TO TELL OUR CUSTOMERS.

I've completed an initial phone screening interview, followed by a 2-hour interview with the Department VP. Next in the process are three separate 90-minute peer interviews. Is there a possibility of another interview after the peer interviews, or should I anticipate receiving an offer?
