    It can take away from time you could be hanging with friends, doing homework or sleeping.

    I know some lower management at Spring Arbor University's campus has been abusive to employees. Try to higher better managers of students.

    Great team members that work as a unit. It's an enjoyable fast passed environment that allows me to exercise my skills in customer service and food production.

    Cons

    The commute to the Randolph location is a bit far. The communication between the College administrators and the dining services needs improvement.

    They value their zero tolerance rule and are a considerable equal opportunity as long as your not a student at their school

    They don't want students becoming supervisors when you are taking classes.

    Difficult to communicate with managers, they cared more about numbers than customer or even employee satisfaction. Had lots of turn over
