    Great advancement opportunities and good pay/

    Cons

    Competitive environment that does not provide adequate training. Provide more emphasis in performance metrics than training. Procedures change constantly without notice.

    Pay your hard workers!!! I slaved and couldn't get OT

    Pros

    Great Enviroment and Great People to work with.

    Cons

    A lot of quick changes on the fly. Not enough employee recongnition. Incentives for employees minimal.

    Give more back to employees

    Pros

    40 hour min if you are willing to work. Overtime is normally available. Leadership is knowledgeable.

    Cons

    Getting used to overtime and getting cut to 40 hours. Steep learning curve on some machines.

    Keep up the good work. Keep telling your employees when they are doing well.

    Wide variety of projects - Good, highly committed management team.

    Cons

    Little devolvement of real decision making. Rewards do not match commitment expected. Work life balance is very poor.

    Advice to Management

    Back local management to make decisions - allow them to fully execute budget plans. Streamline recruitment / decision making process

    Half day working on Fridays

    Cons

    Management ethos stuck in the 1960s. Poor health and safety. High turnover of staff due to zero hour contracts/ working conditions.

    Advice to Management

    Zero-hour contracts lead to high levels of waste in terms of products and training. Employ workers as staff=more profit.
