Great CEO and co workers xxxx
Cons
Poor selection of direct / branch managers. No guidance, no support from immediate managers as they do not have the people skills and enough mature level to deal with bankers and the everlasting changes the banking industry is subject to. Many branch managers and their assistants seem to have the goal of assisting employees in failing. Bankers do not have a business structure to help them succeed. No daily goals, no direction at all.
