I worked at ChaseSource full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I didn't have a problem with the company. They have good pay, especially if you are bilingual. The work can be hectic but it's not too demanding. And you will always encounter rude customers at all csr jobs, so ChaseSource isn't the first. I don't know why people are crying over get flagged for being tardy. This is a professional business/environment and they have standards/quotas to meet and if you are not on the clock, they are losing money. If you don't want to get penalized then be on time.

    Cons

They should advance people a little bit better.

    Advice to Management

Overall, I had a pretty good experience working for them.

    Pros

Working at ChaseSource has provided me with a great learning opportunity. Since starting here, I have been able to grow as a recruiter and learn different techniques that have made me better at my job. What I like most about working here is you have the ability to reach out to anyone for assistance no matter there title. Everyone here is easy to talk to and always willing to help.

    Cons

I would say the only Con would be I wish this were a bigger company, but I believe we will continue to grow.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, and keep bringing in more business.

I have been working at ChaseSource full-time

I worked at ChaseSource full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

MOST of the colleagues were friendly and made it easy to work there....but two of them were rude and not welcoming.

    Cons

This company has the highest turnover rate ever and this is not externally, this is internally. The manager at the corporate office has no regard for her employees at all. Essentially you must come to work early and can't leave until you have made a certain number of calls or matches to jobs that they are working on. She micro-manages like every day all day. They do not promote a work life balance which does not cultivate happy employees. It is challenging to come to work early, leave late and be happy about your job or place of employment.

    Advice to Management

Work to make sure the goals you are setting are realistic. Since you are not doing the job you do not know what it takes to reach those numbers. It takes time to find quality candidates, so if you're asking for 10 candidates to be matched to one job, know that you will not get quality candidates. Make sure you understand the issues your recruiters are facing, THEN find solutions and alternatives to achieving the company's goals.
