    Pros

    The sky is the limit. There is an unlimited earning potential in the sales position. I have been able to afford a single family home in the suburbs and live comfortably because of CheapCaribbean.com

    Cons

    100% commission based job and this can be difficult for some people.

    Keep doing what you're doing and stay available to agent inquiries.

    Pros

    Fun relaxed environment, great compensation plan, great travel benefits. The current sales manager is making a serious effort to change negative behaviors that agents have had for years to start hitting company goals and increasing productivity. As much as some employees may hate the changes, what he's doing is working. He is working hard and being successful even off limited resources in the AZ Call center. Everyone is resistant to change and stuck on the 'if it's not broken don't fix it' mentality. The AZ call center is a fun environment regardless of the issues it has.

    Cons

    Consistency still needs some improvement. Arizona is struggling because of a lack of leadership. The site manager and HR refuse to become involved in learning the business and are hindering our progress. In reality, they are causing us to regress. There needs to be more management in this office to get our employees performing on the same level as the Pennsylvania call center. Management needs accountability the same as agents do.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more leadership in Arizona. All of these new initiatives mean nothing if there is no support from management in our office. Our jobs are difficult enough, and made more difficult by poor leaders in our building who have no idea what we do on a daily basis. If you want someone to manage the office correctly and to the level that you expect, you need to promote from within. There are strong leaders in AZ that are going to become complacent and want to move on if you don't give them the opportunities to grow.

    Pros

    This company is fast-paced, has hired some great talent in the past year, and is trending in the right direction. Leadership is strategic, but they don't micro-manage. If you need someone to hold your hand or always be telling you what to do, this isn't the place for you. If you like a challenge and have a strategy, you will excel here.

    Cons

    Legacy technology that is in the process of being transitioned. Projects often take longer than they should because of IT constraints, but the appetite to grow and mature is strong.

    Advice to Management

    You're bringing on the right people and addressing the right business concerns. Invest in your people and this will be one of the best places to work in Dallas.

    Pros

    Cool, new office in Dallas (Addison). Just like anything you'd see in Silicon Valley - branded space, with free snacks, foosball and a Starbucks machine.
    Great people - a lot of new blood has joined in the past year. Lots of talented people who are passionate about the business.

    Cons

    Still some growing pains as things turn around, but we're heading in a good direction.

    Pros

    Once a year if you are not on a verbal, written or final warning they will send you and about 6 of your co workers to one of the destinations that they service to visit about 8 different properties. Although it is hard work and not at all a vacation. Its nice to be able to see what you speak to clients about all day.

    Cons

    We are short staffed and very busy. They constantly say that we cannot hire due to budgets when Cheap Caribbean's up charge on reservations are so high us agents are sure that this company can afford to hire. Cant keep human resource for nothing in the world. They are always fired. The senior management will yell at you in front of the whole call center and make you feel like you are less than human. They will fire you if you don't brown nose.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management would be you cannot motivate by fear. If you treated your employees like humans they may actually come to work. Speak to your agents more than just to write them up. Congratulate them when they do a good job. Don't run around yelling go available when all you are doing is on Facebook all day. If you want to be respected do not drink with your agents after work at the bar.
