    Pros

I like about the job was that it paid good. I also like that it was right down the block my house. I get paid every week.

    Cons

I dislike about the job was that they started to give me less hours then other new employees. They had they favorite employees that they will give them more hours then anyone

    Advice to Management

You need to run your store much better. There shouldn't be no favoritism in the store. People who been working there longer should get the same treatment as everyone else.

    I worked at Checkers Drive-In part-time

    Pros

Due to some locations being small inside you get to work closer to your team mates and managers. Making team work flow.

    Cons

Summers were not the best times to work at some locations due to the fact that the inside of the building reached 110 degrees. It was the total opposite in the winter, where the building temperature fell below 20 degrees.

    Pros

As an employee at checkers you'll learn how to move at a fast past and gain new work techniques.

    Cons

At a particular checkers, they'll make you slave. Sometimes it'll be 6-8 people working & you'll end the only person working. The workers don't call out there buns sometimes. And you rarely move from the sandwiches station because you're new. So they try to take advantage of you but I won't allow that to happen to me.

    Advice to Management

Get some employees who's eager to work and also they should be friendly and you should also train people to do every single job so that they won't have to stand in one station all day getting bored and slaving.....
