I have been working at Cheddar's (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule
    Potential Bartender training
    Great coworkers

    Cons

Cooks prioritize cleaning over finishing off the last few orders when it gets to about an hour before close and it makes the ticket times run stupidly long. And they don't care because they don't have to put up with the customers they tick off.

Currently very overstaffed for the summer and management keeps trying to spin everyone's cut hours and tiny table sections either as a positive or as though it's somehow the server's fault. I don't appreciate that.

    No benefits or sick days.
