    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Cheers Interactive full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good for 1st job only.
If you expect to makes things work, you come up with a working plan, and it will definitely get implemented.
Friendly atmosphere, but can get lame if you don't sit well with teams.

    Cons

Don't expect salary raise to be beyond peanuts unless you are bringing in any new business.
The firm trains slaves to handle existing clients and keeps replacing them with
new fools, after old ones leave.
The management is rigid, and refuses to change.
They can't retain employees. High rate of employees leaving or getting fired.
They make you sign a 20 yr non-compete agreement, under which you can't be associated with any job that essentially does the same work as cheers. And if you decide to start your own firm with a similar business, you can enjoy a lawsuit.

    Advice to Management

    Work on employee satisfaction.
