I worked at Cheesecake Factory full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The management development tools and systems are some of the best in the industry. You get clear targets for your own growth and development and the limit is how fast you work for them. Very strong restaurant support systems.

    Cons

Volume and complexity of operations can be overwhelming, new managers have to have a lot of support to be successful.
