    Pros

Its a job, it pays the bills and health insurance.

    Cons

CEO is non existent when it comes to day to day management issues which is where the company needs the most help. Poor hiring decisions and due to not willing to pay a decent wage, they only get the bottom of the barrel.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees as they are the ones that do all the work at your company. If they are unhappy than production output and quality will suffer

    Pros

Some good people there. Not upper management.

    Cons

Expectations off the chart. Unrealistic goals set up to fail. A lot of talking with little support.

    Advice to Management

Have realistic goals for all employees.

I worked at Chef Creations full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Small company where everyone knows everyone. Made it easy to reach out to other departments. Everyone was nice and welcoming

    Cons

The business owners had no experience running a food manufacturing facility and didn't want to put in work needed to improve the facility.
