    Getting Better and Better

Feb 7, 2017 - Anonymous Employee in Wilmington, DE
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

The people, positive atmosphere, growth potential for my career as well as the company and the overall sense that people want to be here. Also, there is great recognition to a job well done. Work/life balance is encouraged. The CEO is visible and approachable.

    Cons

The headquarters building is old and outdated and some of our equipment could be updated. The onboarding process is not as smooth as it could be for a company of this size. Still a bit of the "old" mindset still out there from before the company split.

Limited growth opportunities vs DuPont (Former company) very lean organization. Networking is key for success and many times people from countries other than US, China and Japan don’t get opportunity to grow.
