    I have been working at Chemring full-time

    Pros

    The work environment in regards to the peers you will interact with on a daily basis are the salt of the earth.

    Cons

    The upper management lacks something to be desired.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees as if they are the reason you have a job in the first place, because they are.

    6 AM start time, sick days.

    Cons

    30 min lunch, 12 min break, horrible hr team.

    They have decent inserance, and 401k,

    Cons

    Horrible upper management, alot of lay offs, treated unfair depending on supervisor you work for

    work balance was good, a fair amount of autonomy

    Cons

    UK based defense contractor and defense industry on the decline. Competing priorities between companies

    "Family" type inviornment. Products produced and testing is fun.

    Cons

    Very low pay scale for hourly employees, while upper management is very well compensated.

    Gained PLENTY of knowledge on how to run a circus.

    Very bad management, backstabbing, low moral,big brother...,
    a quote from management "If you don't like the changes, you know where the door is!"
