    They actually care about the people they employ, and make an effort to listen to you. Even the higher-ups will take time to get to know you, for no reason other than making an effort to be courteous.

    Cons

    Depending on your job, you can feel a lack of direction at times.

    Interesting, ever changing work!!!
    Great people to work with making it a pleasure to come to work.

    Cons

    Not impressed with the way upper management runs the company. Way to top heavy. Location leaves something to be desired.

    Advice to Management

    Cut out upper middle management, reduce upper management bonuses and reinvest back into the company and your employees!!
