    Model of care- providing care for the neediest population!

    Cons

    I am unsure where to start! Training in Miami is completely different from the reality. The goal for the company is to see your patients monthly. I have never been in a role where you are forced to make patients come in monthly. Everything is based on numbers- so if you are not seeing your patients that frequent than it's reported on your numbers. I have had patient who do not take any medications and up to date with...

    Advice to Management

    Focus on VIP care for your staff. Fix the problems. Stop trying to pay people more money without fixing the ultimate issues. Money doesn't buy happiness. People will continue to leave until the problems are resolved!

    awesome coworkers, patients, and work family.

    Cons

    The company has values and things that, when interviewing, and hiring make this sound like a phenomenal opportunity. VIP CARE...but what they do not disclose, until after you begin working is...VIP care within reason, they load your schedule 20+ daily (even though your hired for a different number 12-16, check LinkedIN as well, they published the amount to work per day), you have to see all your own walkins, as well...

    Advice to Management

    -appreciate the employees you have -acknowledge their hard work -stick to what you say--follow through with rewards/bonuses -disclose these things upfront -when recruiting providers, be forthcoming about different company names/turnover rates etc. also job duties and bonuses.

    Pros

    Fair pay, hard working providers, nurses and MAs, smaller patient panels, reasonable in office hours, in office pharmacy, X-ray, echocardiography

    Cons

    Family oriented business with little business experience, openly practices nepotism. After conducting nation wide search for chief medical officer, who do they pick? A family member. Focus is on saving money and maximizing profits at all cost to the patients’ detriment.
