No cons really to report. Most work locations in the dc area so commute is something to take into consideration

    Advice to Management

Have more one on one conversations with members. Nothing beats a good old fashion hand shake. Overall strong managementk

I have been working at Chenega Corporation full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Small team. Great relationship with co-workers. Fair work/life balance

    Cons

No room the grow. No raises. They say due to government (just like everything else they cut). Cut benefits massively since my hiring years ago again, due to government (or so they say). No more education/training. No more gym reimbursement. High deductible insurance policies (if you're lucky to be on that type of contract, otherwise pretty much half your check will go towards insurance). And now they don't even take…

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your best asset. You might want to start thinking about them....
