    Pros

Small Corporate office that as it expands may provide excellent room for growth. The President is very knowledgeable of the business and strives for company and employee success.

    Cons

Growth opportunities and your job in general is in jeopardy if contracts are not won. The company has trouble getting out of a small company mindset and does not utilize tools of "big" business. Very Military like approach to business.

    Advice to Management

More recognition of corporate office staff. View your guard force as the most important employees as they make up the majority of the company and not a solider that is easy to replace.
