I worked at Cheniere Energy full-time

    Pros

Worst place to work for, I regret the decision of ever accepting employment with this company. When they bring you on board everything is great however as you start working for them you realized the mistake you have made. Managers and directors get away with so much here, HR doesn’t have a handle on all the situations going on. Managers insult you on your looks, religious views, political and would go to the extent of insult you verbally and no one is doing anything about. If you don’t make it into the favorite list, forget about ever moving out the position.
The company culture is toxic, they believe because salaries and bonus are good, they can threat you like trash. Open door policy is nonexistent, and if you do make the mistake to speak to director or HR this would make the situation worst, since managers retaliated against you.

    Cons

    Salaries benefits and bonus

    Advice to Management

You need to conduct some very detail HR training, there are so many Human rights violations going on. And perhaps even evaluate all the managers and their conduct

I worked at Cheniere Energy full-time

    Pros

Good hard working people at the lower levels

    Cons

Mid and upper level management out for themselves

    Advice to Management

When people come to you with a problem listen, it is likely a sign of a bigger issue.

I worked at Cheniere Energy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay and great benefits if you can out last the coming layoffs. Mid to low level employees are great to work with - but be cautious of sharing any negative thoughts about the company or you will be targeted.

    Cons

Management meets in secret and does not share company direction honestly. Senior management is only concern with keeping the board happy and the price of the stock.

I have been working at Cheniere Energy full-time

    Pros

Small but growing company with a good future business outlook.

    Cons

New management processes are so outdated and needs to be revised for the changes in work culture and technology.

    Advice to Management

Need to move to the 21st century

"Exciting company digesting a lot of transition"

    StarStarStarStarStar

I worked at Cheniere Energy full-time

    Pros

Great people, collaborative environment, company is at cutting edge of energy markets

    Cons

Corporate culture has changed radically with departure of former CEO Souki. Lots of collective experience, expertise and excellent people have departed or been let go -- clear preference for youth (cheaper). Needless level of fear and anxiety among staff during leadership transition for a company that otherwise had been executing well.

    Advice to Management

You have shed a lot of muscle from the org chart. That may work fine during current energy downturn but will become a liability once growth returns to LNG markets.

    Pros

    Beautiful office space in downtown.

    Cons

The management in the communications department does not want you to grow, speak out or questions anything. Most of the good managers are leaving for another LNG company.
